zenstory-ai/oh-story-claudecode13 skills for writing Chinese web novels: ranking scans, teardown of hit books, long and short drafting with file-based continuity tracking, de-AI editing and covers.
Eleven skills that take an idea or novel through script, character assets, storyboard, image and video prompts and a rough cut for AI short dramas.
A production-derived, file-based workflow with a confirm-before-spend rule and real evals; the README is mainly in Chinese.
The author changed 4 of 12 skill folders after our review (noticed Oct 29, 2026). The review describes the earlier version; we recheck changed skills weekly, the most significant changes first.
Drama Skills is a pipeline for AI short-drama and comic-drama production, from the studio behind it. Skills cover novel analysis, episode mapping, scriptwriting, asset breakdown (characters, scenes, props), image prompts, storyboard with frozen keyframes, video prompts, a generation step, editing and a review pass. The agent keeps its decisions in plain Markdown files per stage: script, visual setup, storyboard, image prompts, video prompts and an edit list. Cross-shot consistency is handled with continuity locks, short phrases pasted into every prompt, and a checker script validates declared references.
Spending is gated: for any image, video, voice or music job the agent first shows the exact batch and parameters in a file, and only calls an external provider after you confirm. Provider credentials are kept out of the project. The editing skill writes in and out points with reasons, takes subtitles word-for-word from the script and renders with ffmpeg after loudness normalization. The repo has about 12 skills averaging 12 KB, dozens of reference files, Python scripts, templates, a local dashboard process and 83 eval files. Requires Python 3.9 or newer and ffmpeg.

A Chinese short-drama production suite: skills for developing, writing, storyboarding, producing and editing episodes, backed by local Python tools and a loopback-only dashboard. The produce skill can send prompts and reference media to image, video, speech and music providers with your API keys, but only after a preview and an explicit confirm step. Editing uses ffmpeg and an optional Remotion overlay that you install yourself.
The repository (566 files) on Oct 29, 2026. Not a full review: 375 of 566 files were not downloaded (large repository; we reviewed the skill folders); we read 8 of 26 code files; it relies on code outside the repository: ffmpeg/ffprobe, Node.js with npx, Remotion (its own commercial license applies beyond small teams), and the npx skills CLI; Provider services OpenAI, MiniMax and Volcengine Ark that receive prompts, media and API keys; The large Python and JS files were located and checked by keyword search (network, subprocess, environment, bind address, confirmation flow) but not read in full: edit_tool.py (132 KB), production_tool.py (93 KB), provider_adapters.py (71 KB), dashboard_server.py (84 KB), project_tool.py, creator_markdown_check.py, creator_views.py, episode_intake.py, novel_index.py, screenplay_index.py, duration_estimate.py, the other selftest.py files, rules.mjs, tokens.ts and dashboard/app.js.
NVIDIA SkillSpector static scan: 43 pattern hits (Dangerous Code Execution 14, Data Exfiltration 7, System Prompt Leakage 5, Rogue Agent 4, MCP Rug Pull 4, Data Flow 3). The three CRITICAL data-flow hits are provider_adapters.py sending env-provided API keys as Bearer headers to the provider endpoints and downloading a provider-returned HTTPS URL, which is the generation skill's stated purpose. The other hits are ffmpeg/ffprobe/npx subprocess calls in edit_tool.py, Chinese-language prompt phrases such as 'write skill' and 'return prompt', and unpinned npx mentions in docs.
A review, not a certification. Skills change after we check them — read the files before installing.

Not really. The workflow deliberately stops for human confirmation before any paid generation, so it is not designed to run unattended.

Run npx skills add zenstory-ai/drama-skills -y -g. You also need Python 3.9 or newer, and ffmpeg for the editing step.
The README says no. Any image, video, voice or music task is first written to a file for preview and only runs after you confirm, and provider credentials are not stored in the project.
