PM Skills Marketplace
phuryn/pm-skills69 product management skills and 42 command workflows in nine plugins, covering discovery, strategy, execution, analytics, launch and reviewing AI-built code.
77 product-management skills (strategy, discovery, stakeholder work, roadmaps, PRDs) that interview you and apply a named framework, plus a few command workflows.
A deep, well-structured PM library, but the CC BY-NC-SA license limits commercial reuse and the skills are long, interview-style prompts with no scripts or evals.
This library packages well-known product-management frameworks as agent skills. Most are interactive: you invoke one, the agent asks for the context it needs (or uses what you pasted), then walks you through the framework and produces a structured result. Examples named in the README and file list include problem-framing-canvas, positioning-statement, product-strategy-session, stakeholder-mapping, discovery-interview-prep, opportunity-solution-tree, acquisition-channel-advisor (a scale, test or kill call using CAC, LTV and payback), battle-card-builder, ansoff-matrix, and several competitive research skills that chain together. A newer group covers AI-era work: agent-orchestration-advisor, context-engineering-advisor, ai-shaped-readiness-advisor.
Skill files are long, averaging about 17 KB, and many include a Provenance section, an examples folder and templates. The README says the aim is both for the agent to do professional-level PM work and to teach the human why each framework works. There are no scripts and no evals. Also included are six command workflows and a Claude Code plugin manifest; the README lists Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, n8n and OpenClaw as targets. Everything is under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, which restricts commercial reuse of the skills themselves.
77 skills averaging 17 KB of instructions, with templates and example files in most, but no helper scripts, tests or evals.
Counted from the repository file tree. How we score depth.
About 70 Markdown product-management skills with templates and examples; the skill files themselves contain no scripts, hooks, network calls or tool pre-approvals. The README also advertises an optional Streamlit playground and a dist/ folder of 87 prebuilt zips, neither of which we could inspect, so this is a partial review.

NVIDIA SkillSpector static scan: 195 pattern hits (Agent Snooping 184, Excessive Agency 5, Memory Poisoning 4, Data Exfiltration 1, Anti-Refusal 1). All 195 SkillSpector hits are Markdown text: README links ('skill enumeration') and ordinary product-management phrases such as 'Collect context', 'Clear context', 'Delete context' or 'without warning' in advisory skills.
A review, not a certification. Skills change after we check them — read the files before installing.

Not really. Most skills are marked interactive and depend on your answers; only the research chains run with limited input.

A 400+ skill library of agents, personas and commands for engineering, marketing, product, compliance and C-level work, mirrored for 13 coding agents.
It is a library of 77 agent skills by Dean Peters that apply established product-management frameworks, such as problem framing, positioning, opportunity solution trees and stakeholder mapping. Each skill guides the agent through an interview and produces a structured output.
The repo includes a Claude Code plugin manifest, so you can add it as a plugin marketplace entry, or copy individual skill folders from skills/ into your agent. The README also lists Cursor, Codex, n8n and OpenClaw.
Using them for your own work is allowed, but the license is CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. You may adapt and share them with credit under the same license, and the README forbids selling them or repackaging them into a paid product or course.
Both cover product-management work. Dean Peters' library focuses on framework-based, interview-style skills with a teaching goal; phuryn's marketplace bundles skills, commands and plugins from discovery to launch. Compare licenses before using either in a business.
