What the azure-messaging skill does
azure-messaging is a short skill (about 3 KB, a single file) for Event Hubs and Service Bus SDK problems such as connection failures, AMQP link detaches, lost message or session locks, idle timeouts, duplicate events and checkpoint resets. SKILL.md lists the MCP tools to use (Event Hubs and Service Bus namespace operations, Azure Monitor log queries, resource health, Microsoft Learn documentation search) and a six-step diagnosis flow: identify the SDK and version, check resource health, match the error against a language-specific guide, search documentation, check configuration such as connection string, entity name and consumer group, and recommend a fix. The language-specific troubleshooting guides it refers to are not in this skill's folder; the file says they are in azure-diagnostics under troubleshooting/messaging. So on its own the skill is a workflow outline plus a long trigger description, and it only becomes useful when azure-diagnostics is installed alongside it, which is the case in the full Azure plugin.
