Full-Stack Dev Skills (Jeffallan) Claude skills

67 role-based developer skills for languages, frameworks, DevOps and security, each with reference files, plus 9 Jira/Confluence workflow commands.

Our verdict Recommended

A tidy, MIT-licensed set with consistent structure and on-demand references; treat it as a baseline library and expect some overlap with other packs.

What Full-Stack Dev Skills (Jeffallan) does

This pack installs as one Claude Code plugin, fullstack-dev-skills, containing 67 skills across 12 categories: language specialists (C++, C#, Kotlin, PHP and others), backend and frontend frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Next.js, Angular, Laravel), infrastructure (Kubernetes, cloud architecture, DevOps, chaos engineering), API and database design, testing, security, code review, debugging and an Atlassian MCP skill. Each skill follows the same shape: a SKILL.md of roughly 4 to 8 KB with a role statement, a numbered core workflow with checkpoints, a table saying which reference file to load for which situation, and an output template. The reference folders hold five to nine topic files each, so detail is loaded on demand.

Skills trigger automatically from the request, and the README shows combinations such as feature work chaining Feature Forge, Architecture Designer, Fullstack Guardian, Test Master and DevOps Engineer. Separate from the skills are 9 project-workflow commands that manage epics through Jira and Confluence and need an Atlassian MCP server, and a /common-ground command that surfaces the agent's assumptions about your project. There are no helper scripts in the skills we sampled, and no evals.

Good for

  • A broad baseline of language and framework guidance for a full-stack team
  • Code review and debugging skills with structured report templates
  • Teams on Jira and Confluence who want epic workflow commands

Not for

  • People who want one deeply tested workflow, such as TDD, rather than many role prompts
  • Anyone who only works in a single stack and needs just one or two skills

What's inside depth 3/5

67 skills averaging 6.2 KB, five to nine reference files per skill and output templates, but no scripts and no evals.

Security review

Review before installing

A large library of prose skills and reference documents for development roles (about 40 skills), with no scripts in the files we have. Only code-reviewer sets allowed-tools, and it is read-only (Read, Grep, Glob). The atlassian-mcp skill walks you through installing third-party MCP servers and the Kubernetes references include vendor curl-pipe-shell install lines, which are examples rather than steps the skills run themselves.

Worth knowing

  • Installs with curl | shReference text shows curl -L https://istio.io/downloadIstio | sh - (and similar Linkerd and Submariner install lines in service-mesh.md and multi-cluster.md) as install steps for those third-party tools.skills/kubernetes-specialist/references/service-mesh.md:9
  • Relies on a CLI or package we could not reviewThe atlassian-mcp skill walks through installing and configuring third-party Atlassian MCP servers (mcp-atlassian via uvx/pip, an npm package via npx) that are not in this repository.skills/atlassian-mcp/references/mcp-server-setup.md:40
  • Runs remote code at an unpinned versionThe suggested MCP server configs run npx -y @xuandev/atlassian-mcp and uvx mcp-atlassian without a version pin.skills/atlassian-mcp/references/mcp-server-setup.md:52

What we checked

The repository (599 files) on Oct 29, 2026. Not a full review: 331 of 599 files were not downloaded (large repository; we reviewed the skill folders); it relies on code outside the repository: mcp-atlassian (PyPI) and @xuandev/atlassian-mcp (npm) MCP servers described in the atlassian-mcp skill; 331 of 599 repository files were not available to us (site build files, plugin manifests, legacy commands).

NVIDIA SkillSpector static scan: 186 pattern hits (Data Exfiltration 77, Privilege Escalation 46, Tool Misuse 24, MCP Rug Pull 16, Excessive Agency 7, Anti-Refusal 5). The 186 SkillSpector hits are all in reference documentation: example DELETE endpoints, 'access token' and .env/credentials.json mentions in auth guides, kubeconfig and cloud metadata examples, sudo lines in infrastructure samples, and 'without warning' phrasing. The three curl-pipe lines are third-party install steps in Kubernetes references.

A review, not a certification. Skills change after we check them — read the files before installing.

Can it run unattended?

Not really. Skills are role prompts with checkpoints for a human to confirm; the pack has no unattended loop or resumable state.
