Impeccable
pbakaus/impeccableA design skill with 24 commands (polish, bolder, critique, audit, harden and more), a 62-rule deterministic slop detector and an optional edit hook.
Nine skills for design engineers: a UI baseline checklist, accessibility/metadata/motion fixers, a design.md generator, and canvas builders for components.
Concise, specific rules that catch common AI UI mistakes, MIT-licensed and recently updated; just expect opinionated defaults such as no animation unless requested.
UI Skills is a small collection from ibelick, also served through a CLI (npx ui-skills) and an MCP endpoint on ui-skills.com. Each skill is a single SKILL.md, averaging about 7 KB.
baseline-ui is the best known: a list of MUST and NEVER rules that stops typical AI-generated interface mistakes, such as using h-screen instead of h-dvh, animating layout properties, exceeding 200 ms for interaction feedback, or mixing primitive libraries. You can apply it to a whole conversation or run it on a file to get violations with fixes. fixing-accessibility, fixing-metadata and fixing-motion-performance are narrower review-and-fix passes. improve-ui is a longer polish workflow with one reference file. create-design-md produces a design.md file describing a project's visual system.
create-canvas and component-canvas build an in-project, pan-and-zoom canvas where you can view and compare real components or freeform experiments. Their instructions are strict about not modifying component source, asking before adding dependencies or exposing the canvas publicly, and keeping content in typed source registries. Nothing here has scripts, tests or evals; the value is in the written constraints.
9 skills averaging 7 KB of instructions, one reference file in total, no scripts, tests or evals.
Counted from the repository file tree. How we score depth.
This skill asks for more access than most, or sends data to another service. That is usually a design choice rather than bad intent, but you should know before you install it.
npx ui-skills get <slug> to load skill context from the ui-skills.com registry and implement using it, so the instructions followed come from a server at runtime.skills/ui-skills-root/SKILL.md:35Collection of UI-design skills (baseline UI, accessibility, motion, metadata, canvas tooling), plus a root skill that routes the agent to fetch the right skill from the ui-skills.com registry with the ui-skills CLI. Those fetched skills are not in the repository, so what the agent is told can change without a repo change. The CLI, registry and most of the repository were not available to review.
npx ui-skills ... without a version, and create-design-md runs npx @google/design.md (lint, export, diff) unpinned.skills/ui-skills-root/SKILL.md:35The repository (315 files) on Oct 29, 2026. Not a full review: 292 of 315 files were not downloaded (large repository; we reviewed the skill folders); it relies on code outside the repository: npm package ui-skills and the repo's bin/ui-skills CLI source (not downloaded); npm package @google/design.md; ui-skills.com registry and MCP server content served at runtime.
NVIDIA SkillSpector static scan: 17 pattern hits (MCP Rug Pull 13, Excessive Agency 3, Memory Poisoning 1). Scanner hits are 'npx' mentions, phrases like 'without asking' and 'Do not ask the user' in the canvas skills (which also say to ask before adding dependencies or exposing a preview), and a 'pad input' phrase. Only SKILL.md files, one template and the README were available.
A review, not a certification. Skills change after we check them — read the files before installing.

Not really. These are interactive polish and review passes with no loop or verification harness.
A design skill with 24 commands (polish, bolder, critique, audit, harden and more), a 62-rule deterministic slop detector and an optional edit hook.
A design skill from Together AI that deals a theme from 50 options, builds pages around the visitor's goal and lints the result in a real browser for AI-looking tells.
Sixteen design-engineering skills on animation, Apple-style motion, mobile feel, UI libraries and Swift, written by the author of Sonner.
One UI-polish skill: concentric radii, optical alignment, layered shadows, interruptible animations, icons and typography.
It is a set of nine agent skills for design engineers, including baseline-ui for fixing AI-looking interfaces, accessibility and motion fixers, a design.md generator and two canvas builders. Skills can be browsed on ui-skills.com.
The README offers a CLI: npx ui-skills start, then list or get a skill such as baseline-ui. There is also an MCP endpoint at ui-skills.com/mcp exposing list_skills and get_skill, or you can copy the skill folders from the repo.
It sets rules for Tailwind defaults, accessible primitives, AlertDialog for destructive actions, compositor-only animation under 200 ms, and text-balance on headings. Run it as /baseline-ui or on a specific file for a violations list.
UI Skills is a small set of checklists and canvas builders. Impeccable is a broader design vocabulary with commands such as polish, critique and audit. Pick UI Skills for terse rules, Impeccable for a fuller design review flow.
